127 Vinyl Over Vinyl Wallcovering Adhesive is a commercial grade, READY-TO-USE,
high bond adhesive formulated for hanging vinyl, foil and borders over
existing vinyl wallcovering or other hard to stick surfaces such as paneling,
textures, stucco, glass, metal and plastic without the need to prime.
Extremely resistant to high humidity, it can be used to secure overlapping
wallcovering at corners, windows or archways and is ideal for repairing
curled edges and loose seams.
